Khaberni - Lebanese Minister Wiam Wahhab made a resounding statement last night, revealing that Maher al-Assad's return to Syrian territory is "decided".
Wahhab said in an exciting recorded interview on the "Details" platform with journalist Nancy Sabeh, "It's decided... General Maher al-Assad is returning to Syria."
