Khaberni - US President Donald Trump stated early today that he is expected to talk next week with the Saudi Crown Prince about joining the Abraham Accords, and he is very hopeful that his country will join them "very soon".
This was stated by him to journalists aboard the presidential plane on his way from Washington to Florida.
President Trump added: "We have noticed an increased interest in the Abraham Accords since our dealings with Iran.
During the conversation, Trump also discussed the possibility of the United States selling advanced F-35 fighter jets to Saudi Arabia, saying he is considering the matter. Referring to the subject, he said: "The United States manufactures the best planes in the world. You saw that when we destroyed Iran's nuclear capabilities,"
He added: "By the way, Iran now wants to negotiate with us. Everyone wants to make a deal with us."
