Khaberni - Zain Jordan has announced the launch of a Coaching Program aimed at empowering its employees and enhancing their professional and personal progress within a supportive, inclusive, and inspiring work environment.
The program – which aims to enable employees to find solutions themselves and take confident steps in all areas – represents a balanced and supportive work environment that allows employees to achieve their professional aspirations in line with the demands of the era and its challenges. The program also contributes to enhancing their skills and supporting their performance, stemming from the company's deep commitment to supporting its staff and empowering them as they are the fundamental pillar of its success, and provides them the scope to discover their potential, develop their capabilities, and confidently move towards their professional future. This positively reflects on the services provided to the company's customers and enhances its leading role in providing infrastructure for telecommunications and digital services in the kingdom.
The program includes two phases involving training and qualifying a number of managers to become certified coaches, where these efforts resulted in building a network that includes 22 coaches who provided more than 2200 hours of guidance and support to the company’s employees. The company also provided a dedicated digital platform that allows employees to book sessions and follow their development journey easily and conveniently.
The program reflects the culture of Zain, which is based on empowerment and support, where it is considered a quality step towards enhancing a positive, inspiring work environment that values talent and provides the necessary tools for growth and success, thereby affirming its status as a preferred employer in the kingdom.
It is worth mentioning that Zain has received the "Best Workplace" certificate for the year 2025, which is awarded by the Great Place to Work organization - one of the leading global entities specializing in evaluating work environments - as a result of its ongoing efforts and firm commitment to providing a supportive, inclusive, and positive work environment. This accolade is in recognition of the company's initiatives focused on employee well-being, through launching various programs in youth development, women support, enhancing mental and physical health, and sustainability management, alongside the results of the survey conducted by the organization for the company’s employees as a requirement for granting the certificate.
