Khaberni - The city of Bijnor in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh recorded a strange incident that turned into the talk of social media after a woman smashed her husband's car on the street.
The events began when the husband, Dharmendra, refused to pay the monthly household alimony, preferring to spend the money on repairing his car, which led to an escalation of the dispute with his second wife, Himani.
Himani reached the workshop where the car was deposited for repair and carried a hammer, starting to break all the car windows in front of the bystanders who watched the event in astonishment.
The filmed footage that quickly spread on social media platforms showed the woman documenting her act with a mobile phone while breaking the windows, causing a mix of astonishment and mockery among users.
The material losses incurred by the car were estimated at about 40,000 rupees, according to the police, which received a report from the mechanics of the workshop who recorded the incident.
An official statement issued by the Najibabad area confirmed that the police began investigations and filed a case against Himani for taking appropriate legal measures, while the exact reasons for the conflict are still under investigation.
