Khaberni - The Cabinet decided to appoint social activist Dr. Basma Al-Habahbeh as a member of the Board of Directors of the Associations Registry at the Ministry of Social Development, within the formation of the new board which includes a group of legal and administrative competencies and expertise.
Al-Habahbeh is one of the prominent social competencies; she has extensive experience in social work and has made significant contributions to the development of the community work system and promoting the principles of justice and the advancement of women.
Al-Habahbeh expressed her pride in the precious trust bestowed upon her by the Cabinet, confirming that this choice is a national responsibility that mandates her to exert more effort to serve civil society institutions, support transparency, and governance in the associations sector.
The Board of Directors of the Associations Registry aims to enhance the efficiency of community work and enable associations to perform their developmental and social roles in alignment with national visions and sustainable development plans.
