Khaberni - Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas issued a presidential decree amending the formation of the nineteenth Palestinian government, appointing Mohamed Farouk Zaki Al-Ahmed as Minister of Transport and Communications, and a decision by law granting him confidence as a minister in the nineteenth government.
He is to take the legal oath in front of the President and in the presence of the Prime Minister at a later time.
Abbas also issued a presidential decree appointing Ayman Mahmoud Ahmed Qandil as the head of the General Authority for Crossings and Borders.
