Khaberni - A Jordanian bank has placed a conservatory lien on the movable and immovable assets of a private hospital - Khaberni - after the hospital's debts reached approximately 27 million dinar.
The bank requested to seize all the assets of the hospital up to the claimed amount, after all attempts at settlement over the past years - Khaberni - reached a dead end.
Sources - Khaberni - said that the bank had been suffering since its establishment due to bitter disputes - Khaberni - between the partners, which reflected on the operation and management, leading to a failure in paying off its debts.
