Khaberni - The Ministry of Social Development formed a temporary administrative body for the Islamic Center Association, based on the Associations Law of 2008.
The ministry said in press statements on Thursday that the formation of a temporary administrative body for the Islamic Center Association was based on field visits conducted by specialized committees within the ministry, which revealed violations at the association, necessitating the formation of a temporary administrative body.
The ministry indicated that in accordance with the provisions of the law in monitoring and supervising associations, the specialized committees from the center of the ministry and the Directorate of Development in the field continuously conduct field visits to various associations; to verify the correctness of all procedures followed by them, and based on this, decisions are made according to the provisions of the law, as many administrative bodies have been previously formed for a number of associations, for the purpose of rectifying situations at those associations.
