Petra University honors its prominent media graduate Maisoon Younis

Khaberni - The President of Petra University, Professor Dr. Rami Abdel Rahim, honored the university's graduate, broadcaster Maisoon Younis, within the framework of the Dean of Student Affairs' approach to honoring outstanding university graduates, and in appreciation of her professional career that has left a clear mark in the Jordanian media.
Professor Dr. Abdel Rahim confirmed that the university is proud of its graduates who leave a positive impact in various sectors, noting that their successes reflect the quality of education provided by the university and its commitment to preparing competencies capable of leadership and contributing to community development.
Younis's career, who graduated from the Department of Media in 2007, is one of the success stories of the university's graduates. She is considered the first Jordanian female sports journalist to enter this field, distinguished by her coverage of matches and her technical analysis, and her hosting of top stars and coaches.
Professionally, Younis has made a clear impact through her work on Jordanian TV, where she presented the program "Morning of Sports" on the sports channel, and then moved to radio work at "Nashama FM" through successful programs such as "Black Coffee" and "Counter Attack".
The honoring ceremony was attended by the Dean of Student Affairs, Professor Dr. Iyad Mullah, the Dean of the Faculty of Media, Professor Dr. Ali Nejadat, and the Director of the Department of Public and International Relations, Mr. Aladdin Arabiyat.
