Khaberni - The Ministry of Public Works and Housing has announced the implementation of temporary and partial traffic diversions on the Amman–Salt road opposite the Court Palace in Balqa Governorate, as part of the excavation works and pouring of concrete foundations on the central island.
The ministry explained that the work will require a partial closure of traffic movement in both directions, in addition to closing the Dababneh tunnel and rerouting traffic above the tunnel during the night time, starting from eleven o'clock this Thursday evening, November 13, 2025, until the morning of the following day, Friday, November 14, 2025, according to the work conditions at the site.
The ministry confirmed that, in cooperation with the Traffic Management, the temporary traffic diversions will be implemented and equipped with all public safety requirements to ensure the smooth flow of traffic during the implementation period.
The Ministry of Public Works calls on road users to adhere to the instructions of the field staff and public security officers, and to comply with safe driving rules for their safety and the safety of the workers at the site.
