Khaberni - The Turkish hotel group "Rixos" has announced a project to establish three luxury hotels in both Marrakech and Larache in Morocco, in partnership with Moroccan real estate group "Alliance," with an investment cost of up to $300 million.

The Italian platform "Pambianco Hotellerie" stated that the project comes within the framework of a strategic partnership between the two groups aiming to enhance Morocco's position as a primary destination for luxury tourism in North Africa.

The three hotels are scheduled to be fully completed by 2029, in preparation for Morocco hosting the 2030 World Cup alongside Spain and Portugal, according to the Moroccan site "Al Amk" (The Depth).

The Marrakech hotel is expected to be the highlight of these projects, featuring more than 400 rooms and 60 luxurious suites inside private villas. The hotels in Larache and the third location, which is still to be determined, will reflect the group's new direction in combining luxury with the coastal nature, focusing on sustainable tourism and integrated resorts.

The project is expected to provide about 2,500 direct job opportunities and more than 3,000 indirect jobs during the construction and operation phases, as well as contribute to boosting related sectors such as public works, hospitality, and tourist services.
