Jordan Closure of the Ayla Bicycle Race Track Next Friday

Khaberni - The Public Security Directorate announced that the Ayla (AYLA DEAD2RED) bicycle race track, organized by Generations For Peace under the supervision of the Jordanian Cycling Federation, will be completely closed in both directions from the Potash Company square / Ghor Al-Safi to Ayla Resort / Aqaba, on Friday, November 14, 2025, from 02:00 AM to 12:00 noon of the same day,

The track will also be closed from Aqaba governorate towards the Dead Sea area starting from 12:00 midnight of the same day until the end of the race.

The race covers a distance of about 200 kilometers, with the participation of elite contestants from various nationalities and genders, starting from the Potash Company square in Ghor Al-Safi, passing through the areas of Ghor Fifa, Al-Reesheh, Rahma, Qatar, Wadi Araba, Bir Mathkour, arriving at the northern entrance of Aqaba - Ayla Resort, which marks the end point of the race.

The Public Security Directorate confirmed the readiness of its personnel to secure the race track and accompany its various activities, ensuring the safety of the participants and citizens, urging citizens and drivers to adhere to traffic instructions and cooperate with the Public Security personnel to facilitate the passage of the largest sports event of its kind in the Kingdom.
