Zain Expands its Digital Services Through a Strategic Partnership Between Its Platform Dizlee and the Global Platform Aduna

Zain Group announced that its application programming interface platform Dizlee has entered into a strategic partnership with the global platform Aduna to accelerate and deploy new digital services in several of its key markets in the region, describing the move as opening new horizons for customer experience enhancement initiatives on phones and smart devices.

The innovation-leading group in the Middle East and Africa markets revealed that this digital partnership will help the Dizlee platform to expand the scope of marketing its digital services in the Middle East markets, fully leveraging the network assets, helping organizations protect their customers, and offering innovative digital services.

It also confirmed that this international partnership will allow its digital platform Dizlee to join the global ecosystem Aduna , which will contribute to enriching its application programming interfaces platforms such as revealing SIM switching, validating numbers, and identity and fraud prevention, and billing through the service provider with the aim of enabling companies to access reliable solutions with telecommunications quality.

The global platform Aduna is a global hub for unified network interfaces, a joint venture between elite telecom operators globally and Ericsson, aimed at enabling developers to accelerate innovation and maximize network potential through unified software interfaces. Through this partnership, Dizlee will act as a gateway linking Zain's operational companies and Omantel with the platform Aduna, accelerating the launch of new services in a large number of markets.

This partnership will offer broader revenue-generating opportunities through collaboration between Zain's operations in the region and the platform Aduna, where the application programming interface platform will extend Zain's network access to financial and banking institutions, fintech companies, insurance companies, and governmental entities that need reliable data with telecommunications quality to enhance their services.
