Khaberni - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov warned today, Tuesday, that Moscow would conduct nuclear tests if any other nuclear power took a similar step.
Lavrov stated that Russia is ready to discuss the United States' concerns about what Washington calls "suspicious underground activities".
The Russian Foreign Minister added that Moscow is concerned about American statements that suggest the possibility of using nuclear tests for geopolitical purposes.
He continued: "We are ready to discuss the suspicions raised by our American colleagues about the possibility of us secretly doing something deep underground", confirming that Moscow rejects those accusations.
