Khaberni - The "New York Times" reports that the emerging Chinese company "Lonvi Biomedical Sciences" is working on developing anti-ageing pills aimed at extending human lifespan to between 100 and 120 years, in a step described as the boldest in the field of lifespan extending medicine. According to the report, these pills are based on a natural compound extracted from grape seeds, with the company asserting that the active molecules in these seeds are capable of killing senile (aging) cells that remain alive inside the body and cause damage to healthy cells over time. The company explained that their team has managed to manufacture capsules with a high concentration of these molecules to enhance their effectiveness.

The company stated that its pills are not a magic cure, but part of a comprehensive system that includes a healthy lifestyle and advanced medical care, affirming that regular use of these capsules could allow a person to live up to 120 years without common aging diseases. Reports indicate that grape seeds have long held a special place in traditional Chinese medicine and in Western health supplements for their powerful antioxidants, like proanthocyanidins, which fight inflammation and support cardiovascular health. This announcement comes days after a report by the "South China Morning Post" about a Chinese woman who celebrated her 124th birthday attributed it to a balanced diet and constant optimism, reigniting the debate about the genetic and psychological factors in lifespan compared to modern medical interventions that biotechnology companies are looking to accelerate.
