Khaberni - Security forces today dealt with a report of a suspicious bag found at the Central Irbid Travel Complex "New Amman Complex", where a security cordon was immediately imposed around the suspected area to ensure the safety of citizens and property.
A security source explained that specialized teams were called to inspect the bag and after taking necessary security precautions and dealing cautiously with it, it was found to be a regular bag belonging to an individual and containing only personal belongings, posing no danger.
The source confirmed that the measures taken were part of the precautionary measures adopted in such cases, aiming to ensure public safety and the safety of the complex’s visitors, noting that the situation at the site returned to normal after the security check was completed.
