Khaberni - We present to you this complaint about the rank examination for teachers and administrators, as it has been recently noted that there are several issues that have negatively impacted the exam's integrity and transparency. The most prominent observations are as follows:

1. The passing score was raised to 70% after it had previously been 50%, without clear justifications or prior training actions before this change.

2. The nature of the questions now relies 35% on specialization, while the rest of the questions revolve around classroom situations and educational queries that allow for multiple answers, which confuses the applicants and makes the answers unclear or undefined.

3. The absence of an approved specification table that clarifies the weights of skills and competencies, in addition to the presence of questions based on obsolete and cancelled curricula by the content developers.

4. Some questions rely on deception and misleading and changing formulations unjustifiably, which makes passing the exam less likely, forcing many applicants to retake it several times.

5. Retaking the exam incurs a fine of 5 Dinars each time, which increases the financial burden on teachers and administrators, especially given the current economic conditions.

They pointed out that these practices affect the fairness of the exam, weaken the teachers' confidence in the evaluation mechanism, and many experienced teachers are forced to retake the exam several times due to the poor quality of the questions rather than their professional level.

They called on the relevant authorities to review the question preparation mechanism, control the quality of the exam, set clear specifications, and ensure fairness in evaluation to serve the educational process and enhance the efficiency of the educational staff without financially or psychologically burdening them.
