Khaberni - Mohammad Jadoua, the Executive Director of Traffic at the Amman Municipality, confirmed that objecting to traffic violations within the jurisdiction of the Amman Municipality is still applied and in effect.
Jadoua mentioned through "Al-Mamlaka," that objections to violations were previously based on the value of the fine, whereas now, the municipality applies objections based on the validity of the violation.
He clarified that any citizen has the right to object to the validity of their violation, and if it is proven to be invalid, it will be canceled.
