Khaberni - The Irbid Cultural Forum, in cooperation with the Women's Cultural Forum, organized today, Sunday, a signing ceremony and the launch of a poetry diwan titled "To Her the Journeys are Made," by the poet Dr. Dureid Jeradat.

During the evening hosted by Akef Al-Loubani, critic Dr. Sultan Al-Khadour presented a critical study titled "The Emotion of Love in the Diwan To Her the Men are Drawn," pointing out the feelings and emotions that most of the poems contained and which align with the diwan's thresholds from the title, dedication, and cover image.

Al-Khadour highlighted the allusions contained in the diwan's poems, touching upon the definition of emotion as a collection of feelings, sensations, phenomena, and reactions expressed by the poet's consciousness and perception, which reflect the poet's spontaneous reaction to someone he loves in pursuit of happiness.

He mentioned that the language used is narrative, emotional, transparent literary language that does not accept interpretation and carried within it an element of suspense and was capable of engaging the audience through the sincerity of the emotions.

In turn, critic and poet Abdul Rahim Jadaia noted the texts' ability to reveal the author's personality through addressing issues of faith and existence, which calls to discuss the issue of destiny and fate, pointing to the poet's ability to employ vocabulary carrying religious meaning.

Jadaia explained that the repetition of vocabulary in the poems emphasizes the human concepts and the poet's ethical vision that combines medicine and literature, in addition to including philosophical issues like existence, eternity, and absurdity, citing a collection of poetic segments that align with this area.

Poet Jeradat read a variety of poems, followed by a discussion on the ideas presented in the diwan, and Jeradat signed copies of the diwan and distributed them to the attendees.
