Khaberni - Egyptian security forces arrested 3 tourists in the Giza pyramid area on charges of naked photography.
The authorities stopped the three tourists for violating Egyptian customs and laws, after they attempted to take nude souvenir photos with the Great Pyramid, one of the seven wonders of the world.
Preliminary investigations by the security forces revealed that the accused attempted to photograph behind the Great Pyramid (Pyramid of Khufu) without clothes, and the security forces immediately arrested them and they confessed to the incident.
The tourists confirmed their unawareness of the controls and Egyptian law, stating that such actions are permissible in their countries and not criminally prosecuted.
The security forces held the three tourists and a report was filed on the incident, legal measures were taken concerning it, and the accused were presented to investigative authorities.
