Khaberni - A number of students at one of the private schools in Amman were transferred to the hospital, following their inhalation of a chemical substance that fell onto the floor of the school laboratory.
The school administration decided, immediately after the incident, to evacuate the building as a precaution and allowed the rest of the students to go home as a preventive measure.
Some students showed allergic symptoms due to inhaling the substance, while it was confirmed that the teaching staff was safe, and that the situation was under control and not cause for concern.
