Khaberni - The Leadership Skills Enhancement Program under the One Evera Win initiative organized the annual conference for program graduates - Jordan, on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at the Landmark Hotel - Amman, with the participation of a group of program graduates over the years.
At the beginning of the conference, the program's regional director in the Arab world, journalist Samar Haddadin, welcomed the graduates and emphasized the importance of continuing communication among them to exchange experiences and expand their professional support network.

In turn, Abir Abu Taq, the president of the Leadership Skills Enhancement Program Graduates Association in Jordan, pointed out that real empowerment for female journalists begins with acquiring knowledge, and the ability to keep up with the digital transformation in the modern media environment, indicating that the association is working to enhance this role through continuous meetings.
During the conference, Abdel Karim Al-Wahsh presented a specialized training session titled "Digital Identity for Journalists", where he talked about the importance and how to build a professional and secure digital presence, and the importance of managing personal and professional reputation across social platforms.
The conference also featured an interactive discussion session with media figure Bayan Al-Tal, titled "The Role of Technology in Empowering Female Journalists", during which she reviewed the main challenges and opportunities provided by technological advancement for women in newsrooms, emphasizing the need to leverage digital tools to enhance professionalism and impact.
The Media Forum hosted journalist Lena Ajilat, founder and publisher of the "Khaberni" website, to talk about her experience in media entrepreneurship, and she was interviewed by graduate Heba Al-Shamayleh.
The conference, which was organized in coordination with the Graduates Association, is part of the program's efforts to emphasize the importance of continuous communication among graduates, to enhance their presence in the Jordanian media scene, and to encourage knowledge and professional exchange among female leaders in the media sector.
