Khaberni - Israel launched a series of raids on areas east of Khan Yunis in the southern Gaza Strip this Saturday morning, while demolition operations continued in several areas of the sector, as the ceasefire entered its 29th day.
Palestinian media confirmed that Israeli aircraft conducted 3 airstrikes on east Khan Yunis, coinciding with low-altitude drone flights over the city's skies.
Moving simultaneously, northeast Khan Yunis witnessed a massive demolition operation, while naval gunfire targeted the sea of Rafah city in the south of the sector.
Meanwhile, this morning Israeli aircraft carried out an airstrike targeting east Gaza City, while Israeli drones flew at low altitudes over the Nuseirat camp in the central sector.
Israel continues to breach the ceasefire agreement with the Hamas movement, which came into effect on October 10th, recording more than 198 violations amidst the ongoing blockade and restrictions on the entry of humanitarian aid to the sector.
In the context of Israeli violations, former U.S. officials revealed to "Reuters" that U.S. intelligence found warnings from Israeli military lawyers about evidence of war crimes in Gaza.
This intelligence deepened concerns in Washington about Israel's conduct in a war it claimed was necessary to eliminate Palestinian Hamas fighters holed up in civilian infrastructure, amid fears that Israel was deliberately targeting civilians and humanitarian workers, which constitutes a potential war crime strongly denied by Israel.
Health officials in Gaza say that Israel has killed over 68,000 Palestinians during a two-year military campaign. The Israeli military claims that at least 20,000 of those deaths were fighters.
