Khaberni - Syrian media revealed that the death of the Syrian presidential adviser Luna Al-Shabal in a car accident on Yafour road near Damascus in July 2024 was not accidental, but rather due to her being struck by a strong blow from the back with a rifle butt, which caused fatal fractures in her skull and killed her immediately.
It also noted that preliminary examinations revealed a severe strike at the back of the neck and head "intended to silence a voice that was no longer needed", while the investigations were quickly closed and Al-Shabal was buried without official ceremonies.
