Out of its keenness to enhance its presence in scientific and research forums, Amman Arab University participated through Dr. Samer Ayasrah, a faculty member at the College of Educational and Psychological Sciences, in the twelfth conference on scientific research in Jordan, sponsored by Professor Dr. Adnan Badran and organized by the Jordanian Association for Scientific Research, Innovation and Creativity, with the participation of a select group of researchers and academics from various universities and sectors.
In this regard, Dr. Ayasrah indicated that the conference discussed five main themes: vocational and technical education and training and the labor market, international legislation and human rights, innovation-based economy, the future of clean energy in Jordan, and the food industries and their role in food security, where participants reviewed the most prominent issues and research trends contributing to the support of sustainable development and the building of a knowledge-based economy.
Dr. Ayasrah participated in managing sessions on the economy based on innovation, emphasizing the importance of detailed understanding of the economic updating vision, particularly the innovation engine and future services engine, as integral levers for transferring university knowledge into economic value that contributes to community development and enhances national competitiveness.
