Within the framework of the Faculty of Educational and Psychological Sciences at Amman Arab University's efforts to enhance its academic and research presence on both local and international levels, and reaffirming its commitment to academic excellence and research contributions, Dr. Samer Al-Ayasra, a faculty member at the Educational and Psychological Sciences Faculty participated in the International Conference International Conference on Digital Transformation, FinTech, and Business Innovation (ICDFB (2025)\ Scopus, along with a selection of experts and academics from various countries around the world.
Dr. Al-Ayasra presented a research paper during the conference entitled: “The Reality of Innovation and Entrepreneurship among Students at Amman Arab University: An Analytical Study”, which discussed the attitudes of Amman Arab University students towards innovation and entrepreneurship, based on a descriptive analytical method and a sample of (366) students from various academic specialties and levels, where the study results showed generally positive perceptions among students towards innovation and entrepreneurship, without significant statistical differences between genders or academic specialties, indicating the widespread culture of innovation and entrepreneurship among various student groups. The study recommended enhancing applied tracks within the university alongside entrepreneurship mentoring programs, innovation labs/Maker Space, industrial partnerships, and small seed funding, to transform positive perceptions into implementable projects and narrow the gap between theory and practice.
This participation is a fruit of the continuous support from Amman Arab University for scientific research efforts and its commitment to enabling researchers and motivating them to participate in international scientific events, as part of its strategy aimed at establishing its position as a leading and distinguished academic institution in the field of scientific research at both local and international levels.
