Khaberni - The Syrian Ministry of Interior announced that it will reintegrate former elements in the Syrian security forces who have not been proven to be involved in killings in Syria.
The official spokesperson for the Syrian Ministry of Interior, Nour al-Din al-Baba said: "These elements will once again be reintegrated into service after undergoing a thorough investigation."
Al-Baba added to the "Novosti" news agency: "We are sorting and distinguishing individuals in this matter. We look for evidence that proves the involvement of former elements during the previous regime in murders or terrorist acts."
He continued: "After that, we conduct professional investigations and refer the matter to the judiciary so that they can receive fair punishment. At the same time, we pay great attention to reintegrating those whose hands are not stained with the blood of Syrians, so that they can return to society as righteous citizens and start a new life."
