Khaberni - The Middle East University held a meeting with several faculty members who had completed their scholarship programs at prestigious global universities, as part of its vision aimed at investing in human capabilities and enhancing academic development.
During the meeting, the university outlined its strategic plan for the coming years, which focuses on enhancing international openness and benefiting from the experiences gained by the scholars in the fields of education, research, and development.
The scholars presented on their experiences at European universities, emphasizing the importance of transferring modern academic practices to support educational programs at the university.
In his speech, Dr. Ahmed Nasser Al Din, Vice President of the Board of Directors, affirmed that the scholarship represents a real investment in the future, noting that the real value of these experiences lies in transforming the acquired knowledge and sciences into applications that serve the university and have a positive impact on society and the nation.
For her part, University President Professor Dr. Salam Al-Muhadeen stated that the scholars represent a new generation of leaders capable of bringing about academic and intellectual change, due to the advanced educational visions and experiences they have acquired.
In turn, Professor Dr. Anis Al-Mansour, Director of the Center for Consultancy, Training and Languages, emphasized the need to transform scholarship experiences into real developmental projects, calling for the launch of joint research and training initiatives.
The meeting concluded with a presentation of a set of ideas and proposals submitted by the academics returning from scholarship universities in Britain, America, Spain, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Sweden, as well as Jordanian universities, reflecting the diversity of academic experiences and their integration to serve the university's future journey.
