Khaberni - The events of the Jordanian Game Makers Summit "Pocket Gamer Connect 2025" will kick off in the city of Aqaba during the period from November 8-9, under royal patronage.
The founder and CEO of "Mays Alward" company, specialized in mobile game technology, Nour Khris stated that the summit will witness the participation of a group of experts and game makers from around the world, as speakers, exhibitors, or participants in panel discussions.
He added that the summit will begin with an introduction about the Jordanian game development scene presented by Khris, and the summit's agenda will include sessions and discussions that look forward to the future of the game industry in the Middle East and the world. Topics such as empowering regional developers, the transformation in the mobile game market, and the role of artificial intelligence in interactive design will be covered, along with an advanced workshop in game industry business aimed at ambitious talents and new entrepreneurs.
Khris explained that the summit will also include a special award ceremony titled "Top 30 Game Developers in the Middle East and North Africa," celebrating notable talents and companies that have contributed to the development of the gaming industry in the region, aiming to highlight the success stories and creativity that have shaped the gaming scene in the Arab world.
He noted that the summit will serve as a strategic platform to affirm Jordan's position as a regional center for gaming and digital creativity, and an opportunity to exchange expertise and build international partnerships that contribute to the growth of this promising sector.
