Khaberni - Irina Rodnitskaya was arrested in Moscow, head of the "Society of Families and Families with Children and the Socially Vulnerable Organization," on charges of child trafficking.

A court ordered that Rodnitskaya - a clinical psychologist - be placed in a pre-trial detention center until November 22.
According to the TASS agency, the mother who lives in Istra city and has many children, is accused of trafficking minors
The case documents state:
"The investigation's requests are fulfilled, and a restriction of liberty is chosen for the accused Rodnitskaya until November 22, 2025."
The criminal case against Rodnitskaya and another accused was opened at the end of August this year.
Documents show that the accused is responsible for 12 children, ranging in age from 3 to 17 years.
Article 127.1 of the Russian Criminal Code (child trafficking) prescribes a penalty of imprisonment for up to 10 years, with a ban on exercising certain activities for up to 15 years.
During the court's consideration of the investigation's request, the defense team requested that the accused be given precautionary measures that do not involve isolating her from the community "for the sake of the children".
However, the prosecution objected and insisted on the detention of the mother with many children.
The accused's lawyer announced that he would appeal her arrest.
