Khaberni - Syrian actress Kinda Hanna revealed the reason behind her withdrawal from the series "Al-Noilati" following the refusal of the series star, Samer Al Masri, to have her part of the team, confirming that the decision was not personal from her side but was due to directives from the production company.
Kinda Hanna confirmed in a TV interview with Lebanese media personality Rabia Al-Zayyat the details of the incident, explaining that she received a call from director Rasha Sharbatji, the general supervisor of the work, who informed her that Samer Al Masri objected to her participation, which forced her to withdraw immediately.
Hanna explained that Rasha Sharbatji's call came after another from Diala Al Ahmar, the manager of "Golden Line" production company, who informed her that Samer Al Masri would choose another actress to play the role, despite the fact she is a media figure without acting experience, confirming that her selection would be under his supervision to learn acting.
Kinda added that she tried to get compensation for stopping filming, but the company refused, explaining that she would resort to the law to obtain all her rights. However, she believes this does not warrant halting her artistic career, as there are many offers, and her choices are based on personal decisions.
It is worth mentioning that the series "Al-Noilati" belongs to the historical fantasy genre, showcasing the handicraft heritage in the Levant, focusing on the breeding of silkworms and silk extraction, along with highlighting the role of guild leaders in protecting the Damascene identity throughout history, as they are seen as social guardians of the city's spirit.
The work includes a group of Syrian stars, among them Dima Kandalaft, Fadi Sabeeh, Mohammad Haddaki, Faiz Qzq, Nadine Tahseen Bek, Ibrahim Sheik Ibrahim, Raed Musharraf, Ramez Aswad, Ghazwan Alsafadi, and others.
