Khaberni - The Israeli occupation authorities issued a military order on Monday, commanding the uprooting of trees from the lands of the villages of Ras Karkar and Kafr N'ama, west of Ramallah.
The order specifies the removal and uprooting of trees from areas (the western face and Jabal Al Raisan in Ras Karkar, and Al Oureid in Kafr N'ama) "for military purposes," and the targeted land area amounts to about 15 dunams.
From October 7, 2023, to the same month in 2025, settlers carried out a total of 7,154 assaults against Palestinians and their properties, resulting in the uprooting, smashing, and damaging of a total of 48,728 trees, including 37,237 olive trees, according to the Anti-Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission.
