Khaberni - The Israeli prosecutor has filed charges against a child from Jaffa (14 years old), amidst Israeli claims that he communicated with "entities aligned with Al-Qaeda organization" and collected information for what were described as "extremist entities."

This comes despite official acknowledgment that the boy is classified as being on the autism spectrum with a 100% disability rating, according to medical reports.

According to the Israeli prosecution, on this Sunday, the boy participated in a group on the "Signal" app named "Cyber Movement and Armed Jihad", and he passed on pictures and videos which authorities said had been used previously for "military" purposes.

The indictment also alleges that he talked about his desire to film a police station in Tel Aviv and "carry out operations," including hints at assassinating the Prime Minister and attempts to communicate with Hamas, in addition to searching for ways to make explosive materials.

The Israeli prosecution claims that the army arrested the boy about three weeks ago while he was with relatives in the West Bank, and the investigations with him are still ongoing.

It is noted that Palestinian and international human rights organizations have previously accused the Israeli authorities of exploiting "security" files to justify the arrest of minors and exaggerating claims related to electronic communication or digital expression, especially amid the prevalence of arrest cases for children suffering from developmental or psychological disorders without providing legal and humanitarian guarantees for them.
