Khaberni - RM, member of the global band ‘BTS’, has launched a new digital film in collaboration with Samsung Electronics, within the framework of his ongoing partnership with them and his role as a global ambassador for Samsung Art TV. The short film was showcased during the Art Basel week in Paris (October 24-26), presenting a personal side of RM's relationship with art, and demonstrating how Samsung Art TVs allow users to enjoy a museum-quality art viewing experience at home.
Following his participation in panel discussions at Art Basel 2025 in Basel, where Samsung was the official partner for art TVs, RM shared his vision on how art can touch the details of everyday life and bring joy to it. The short film highlights his art choices that express emotions and match the changing seasons, from the optimism and vitality in ‘Dancing Dog’ by Keith Haring to the calm of nature and beauty of autumn in ‘Spirit of Mountain’ by Lee Shinja and ‘Super Moon’ by Natasha Dorlí.
RM said: "Art has always been my way of reflecting and connecting, discovering the beauty in the details of everyday life. It is wonderful that everyone has the opportunity to enjoy the artworks that I love and draw inspiration from within their homes. Through Samsung Art TV, I can surround myself with art wherever I am, and I hope this inspires others to discover art in their own spaces too."
Samsung Art TVs combine advanced innovation in display technology and the beauty of design to bring each artwork to life with precise details that reflect the original vision of the artist. ‘The Frame’ is distinguished by a matte screen that reduces reflection to enhance the true texture of canvas, while the ‘Neo QLED’ TV offers stunning contrast, depth, and colors thanks to its ‘Quantum Dot’ and ‘Mini LED’ technology, allowing for the display of the finest details and light gradients.
Through the Samsung Art Store, available on ‘The Frame’ and other models of the art TV, users can access a growing collection containing over 4,000 artworks from the world’s most famous museums, galleries, and artists. With intelligent organization features, they can easily transform their homes into personal art galleries and enjoy new and innovative art experiences.
Executive Vice President of Samsung's Visual Display Business, Hon Lee, added: "Samsung Art TVs bring the art experience closer to people, making it a part of everyday life and a constant source of inspiration for all who appreciate it. RM's continued role as a global ambassador embodies this shared belief that the value of art increases when it is present in our daily lives."
Through this collaboration, Samsung continues to expand the horizons of people’s experience with art and technology within their homes, building on its legacy as the world's number one brand in the TV sector for 19 consecutive years, and recommitting to making culture more accessible through innovation.
