The ministry provides support and assistance to the guests of the Merciful through 36 centers for care of devotions, which are concerned with immediate guidance and advice, responding to inquiries, and more than 300 service points for the pilgrim on his spiritual journey.
The ministry also affirmed that the upcoming Hajj season will witness qualitative developments in services and organization, most notably enhancing digital transformation through the "Nusk" digital system, as well as extensive uses of the smart Nusk card, to organize transport and accommodation operations in camps using modern technologies.
Additionally, the expansion of Nusk app services ensures facilitating services and speeding up procedures, by offering more than 30 digital services through the Nusk app, and developing Nusk pathways services for the business sector.
