Within its continual pursuit for excellence and leadership in various academic and community fields, and enhancing its presence as an active partner in international initiatives and projects, the university participated in the periodic meeting of the (ASPRO) project focused on air safety, funded by the European Union (Erasmus+) with an amount of (400,000 euros), where the university was represented at the meeting by Professor Dr. Mohammed Al-Widian, President of Amman Arab University, and Dr. Anwar Al-Assaf, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, which was held at the Creative Thinking Development center in Greece, the strategic partner of the project, with the participation of representatives from the partner countries: Jordan, Greece, Turkey, and Lithuania.

Khaberni - The meeting discussed the most significant achievements accomplished during the previous phases of the project, and reviewed its scientific and practical outputs, in addition to discussing the mechanisms to enhance cooperation among partners to complete the implementation of future plans within the specified timelines, and the meeting witnessed the holding of side meetings aimed at exploring opportunities for academic and research cooperation among the participating universities and institutions.

Amman Arab University's participation in this project stems from its commitment to developing the quality of education and training in the fields of engineering and air safety, and building the capacities of academic and research staff in line with modern European standards and directions, which contributes to enhancing the university's status at the regional and international levels.
