Khaberni - 21 Israeli vehicles infiltrated several villages in the countryside of Quneitra, southwestern Syria, amid ongoing violations by the Israeli army.

Local sources reported that a military convoy of the Israeli occupation consisting of 12 vehicles penetrated the villages of Al-Hurriyah, Ufaniya, and Tal Ahmar in the northern countryside of Quneitra, according to Al Jazeera.

The sources also mentioned that an Israeli patrol made up of two tanks and seven vehicles infiltrated in the morning in the area of East Al-Samadaniya in the countryside of Quneitra.

The Syrian news channel reported on Friday evening that the Israeli occupation forces placed an iron gate at the entrance of West Al-Samadaniya village in the countryside of Quneitra, aiming to separate the village from its surroundings as part of tightening control over the area adjacent to the ceasefire line.

Last Tuesday, Israeli forces had demolished prefabricated rooms and uprooted trees within an abandoned military barracks in the central countryside of Quneitra, according to the Syrian news channel.

Since the fall of Bashar al-Assad's regime on December 8, 2024, the Israeli army has repeatedly penetrated Syrian territories, conducted air raids that killed civilians and destroyed military sites, vehicles, weapons, and ammunition belonging to the army.

Israel ended the disengagement agreement with Syria, occupied the buffer zone between the occupied Golan and the Syrian territories and Mount Hermon, carried out extensive attacks, and intervened to support militants opposed to the government in As-Suwayda.
