Khaberni - At the end of a season brimming with challenges and achievements, Jordanian racer Naif Abu Tayeh completed his honorable participation in the BMW 318Ti Cup 2025 international championship, after rounds that went through Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands, becoming the only Arab competitor who partook in this prestigious championship, proudly carrying the Jordanian flag on Europe's most famous tracks.
This participation marked a significant milestone in Abu Tayeh's career, who demonstrated a notable performance against a host of international drivers, achieving positive results and substantial progress in the qualifiers and final races, despite the strong competition and varying track conditions.
Abu Tayeh said at the end of the season: "This experience was one of the most important stages in my career, not only because it was a major championship but because it proved that the Jordanian driver can compete at the highest levels if given the opportunity and determination. It is an honor for me to raise my country's flag in the heart of Europe, and I promise the fans that what is coming will be even stronger."
Abu Tayeh underwent the season under the supervision of his Swiss coach Rudolf Rein, who worked on improving his tactical performance and race strategies. His participation spanned seven rounds on world-class tracks such as Hockenheim, Nürburgring, Zolder, Zandvoort, and Lausitzring, where he confirmed his readiness and professionalism in handling challenging conditions and advanced race stages.
This participation is a foundational step towards Abu Tayeh's move to higher-class European championships in upcoming seasons, having successfully established himself as a promising young driver, combining passion, discipline, and a high national spirit.
Abu Tayeh is currently preparing an extended plan for the next season, which includes preparations for entering Touring or GT European categories, alongside working on building Jordanian and international partnerships and sponsorships to ensure the sustainability of his participation in global motorsport.
The season ended with widespread public and media acclaim for Abu Tayeh's participation, who raised the Jordanian flag among the flags of major European teams, in a scene that embodies the will of Jordanian youth and their ability to compete and excel on the global stage.
