Sudanese Health The Health System in AlFasher is subjected to deliberate sabotage

Khaberni - The director of the National Agency for Emergency Care and Ambulance in the Sudanese Federal Ministry of Health, Muhyiddin Hassan, stated that Sudan is undergoing a tragic humanitarian situation that he described as "needing a miracle to get out of", amid the ongoing deterioration of health and service conditions in conflict areas.

Hassan added that the health system in the city of Al-Fasher is subjected to deliberate sabotage, noting that about 286 health institutions have been completely destroyed, leading to the disruption of medical services to thousands of residents.

He revealed that some international relief organizations were prevented from providing their services in Al-Fasher, exacerbating the suffering of civilians, and called on the local and international community to take responsibility for protecting civilians and ensuring the delivery of humanitarian aid to conflict areas within Sudan.

He pointed out that the extent of the destruction that has reached the health sector threatens a complete collapse in medical services, warning of an imminent humanitarian disaster if urgent action is not taken to secure support and assistance.
