Khaberni - International referee Laith Izzat achieved a new milestone for Jordanian sports by winning the award for the best referee at the World Taekwondo Championship (14-star caliber), which was held in Wuxi, China, with the participation of some of the top referees in the world.
Izzat won the award after demonstrating outstanding performance and successfully managing several key matches during the championship, including final round matches, earning widespread praise from the International Taekwondo Federation and the organizing committee.
This achievement is a significant addition to Izzat’s refereeing career, which has seen his involvement in various continental and global championships and has solidified his presence as one of the foremost referees on the international scene.
