Khaberni - Syrian media reported on Thursday that a mass grave was found in the Al-Sahhari neighborhood near the checkpoint of "Hamida Al-Tahir" park in Daraa city.
Al-Watan newspaper quoted local sources saying that the relevant authorities in Damascus and the civil defense teams and internal security forces in Daraa were immediately informed about the grave.
The graveyard is located in the southeastern part of Al-Sahhari neighborhood, overlooking Wadi Al-Zaidi in Al-Manshiyah neighborhood, and close to the "Hamida Al-Tahir" checkpoint, which is known to the residents of the area.
Specialized teams are expected to reveal more details about the identities and number of the victims after the completion of the discovery and investigation operations, amid local security mobilization to secure the area.
