According to police records, Rahma explained that she was surprised by the spread of video clips showing her in unreal situations designed with artificial intelligence technologies, indicating that her ex-husband was behind these materials intending to harm her reputation and affect her artistic career.
Rahma also handed over to the Information Technology Investigation Department threatening messages she had received from her ex-husband via "WhatsApp," which included an intimate video from their marriage and blackmail messages demanding her to pay 3 million Egyptian pounds in exchange for not publishing it, according to local media.
