Khaberni - Monitoring
This Thursday afternoon, a large tribal delegation from the capital Amman went to the city of Ma'an, specifically to the Diwan of Al-Shawaish Al-Khattab, in an effort to contain the repercussions of the assault incident involving the young Faisal Hossam Al-Shawaish Al-Khattab and Abdelqader Al-Rawad, which occurred inside one of the well-known insurance companies in Amman.
The delegation was received by a large gathering of the people of Ma'an, as monitored by "Khaberni" site, and the spokesperson for the injured and their tribes welcomed the delegation and stated that the terms have been set as follows:
1- Granting a tribal guarantee for a period of 3 months from the date of this document, ending on 30-1-2026
2- Dropping all complaints against the injured as they are malicious complaints
3- Providing treatment for the injured until full recovery
4- Not hiring lawyers in this regard with no bail
5- Listing the names of those who incited the assault on the injured in an insurance company
6- The guarantee covers only the two assailants listed
7- Listing the names of the inciters within a week from today
The spokesperson continued, stating: This is all that was mentioned with Sheikh Abdul Karim Al-Huwayan guaranteeing all the stated terms, and with Sheikh Talib Muhammad Al-Oudat as a co-guarantor.
The tribes of Ma'an gave the relevant authorities, headed by the Minister of the Interior Mazen Al-Faraya, 48 hours on Monday to take immediate action against those involved in the incident, during which Al-Shawaish and Al-Rawad were assaulted with metal tools, resulting in fractures and serious injuries that required their transfer to the hospital.
