Khaberni - Press reports have indicated that the promising Moroccan striker Yasser Zubairi has caught the interest of Spanish club Sevilla, following his notable performances with the Portuguese team Famalicão and the Moroccan youth national team.
Turkish media figure Ekrem KONUR mentioned on X that the 19-year-old player has become one of the most prominent rising talents in Europe, attracting the attention of several major clubs recently.
He pointed out that Sevilla scouts have been closely monitoring the player recently, after the outstanding performance he displayed with his team in the Portuguese league, as well as his strong emergence with the Moroccan youth national team.
He added: "It appears that the management of the Andalusian club sees him as a future striker project capable of rapid development within the environment of the Spanish league."
He continued: "Sevilla's interest was not the only one, as information indicates that major clubs like Porto and Benfica in Portugal, along with Barcelona in Spain, have been following the player for a while, and recently Real Madrid's name was added to the list of interested in his services, reflecting the ascending technical value that Zubairi possesses despite his young age."
This European interest came after the great brilliance the player marked in the World Youth Cup, where he led the Moroccan team to win the title for the first time in their history, and earned the best player award of the tournament thanks to his amazing performance, high scoring sense, and ability to make a difference in crucial matches.
Zubairi is known for his dribbling skills, his speed in moving between lines, in addition to his intelligence in finishing attacks, which has made him the focus of admiration by coaches and analysts in Portugal and beyond.
