Khaberni - The senior advisor to the US President for Arab and African Affairs, Musaad Bulos, said that the United States condemns the escalation of violence against civilians in El Fasher, North Darfur in Sudan, and demands the Rapid Support Forces to immediately stop the attacks and protect the civilians.
Bulos added, via X, that the United States is deeply concerned about the horrific escalation of violence and attacks against civilians in El Fasher, and that "the deliberate targeting of vulnerable populations through acts of violence and revenge is disgusting and unacceptable".
He explained that statements on the protection of civilians, humanitarian access, and accountability are insufficient and must be translated into concrete actions to alleviate the suffering of the Sudanese people.
