Khaberni - Honor is preparing to launch a new phone with the largest battery in its history, after obtaining an official certification for a 10,000 mAh battery, indicating the imminent unveiling of the Honor Power 2, which leaks describe as the upcoming "power monster".
According to data published on the Chinese platform "Weibo", Honor has received a 3C certification for a new battery with an actual capacity of 9886 mAh and is rated with a typical capacity of 10,000 mAh.
Expectations suggest that this battery will be the standout feature of the Power 2 phone, which is still in development, according to a report published by "huaweicentral" and reviewed by "Al Arabiya Business".
Huge screen and enhanced performance
Reports indicate that the phone will feature a 6.79-inch screen with clear improvements in performance and power consumption.
Honor has not yet revealed details of the device's design or the official launch date, but some analysts expect it to appear by the end of this year or during the first quarter of 2026.
New processors under testing
Famous leaker Digital Chat Station revealed that Honor is currently testing a series of phones with Snapdragon 7s Gen 4, 7 Gen 4, and Dimensity 8500 processors.
Speculations suggest that the upcoming Honor 500 phone will operate on the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chip, while Power 2 may get the Dimensity 8500 processor to achieve a balance between power and energy efficiency.
