Khaberni - The Kuwaiti public prosecution referred 73 defendants to the criminal court on charges of manipulating the results of commercial draws under the supervision of the Kuwait Ministry of Commerce, after investigations revealed an organized network that manipulated about 110 draws between the years 2021 – 2025, with prize values exceeding four million dollars.
The story began in March last year with a video that spread on social media showing an employee hiding a "coupon" during a prize draw.
