Khaberni - The Ministry of Local Administration announced the reaching of an agreement with the Social Security Corporation, which includes installment payments and scheduling of the financial dues owed by the municipalities to the corporation, along with exempting the municipalities from penalties and interest accrued on them.
The agreement comes as part of the government's directives to restructure the financial obligations due by the municipalities, alleviating their financial burdens and enhancing their ability to meet their commitments.
The ministry confirmed that this step contributes to supporting the municipalities, empowering them, and ensuring the sustainability of insurance coverage for their employees, through cooperation and coordination with the Social Security Corporation.
