Khaberni - Egyptian star Laila Elwi celebrated the graduation of her son "Khaled" from university, overwhelmed with feelings of pride and gratitude, as she shared a video documenting the details of this joyful event with her audience on "Instagram".
The photos included in the video showed Laila Elwi alongside her son Khaled, who wore the official graduation attire while receiving his university degree, while her face was filled with happiness and pride as she watched him.
Laila commented on the post saying: "My joy is indescribable, and thanks to God I have experienced many joys in my life, but this joy is unlike any other... I feel victorious and proud, and I am happy for you and because of you, Khaled, and I pray to God that He will guide you in your future life, for this is the beginning of your true journey, where you will choose your own path and profession."
The artist concluded her message with a touching prayer, saying, "May God always protect you and guard you with His preservation and grace, my dearest, a part of me, more important than me, my whole world, my beloved."
In previous statements, Laila Elwi had recounted the story of adopting Khaled, explaining that it began when a woman close to them died of cancer shortly after giving birth, and his father had died earlier, so her mother decided to take care of him with the whole family involved.
She noted that the decision came after consulting the Egyptian Dar al-Ifta and one of the sheikhs, who confirmed that this child is a "blessing from God" that should be embraced.
Laila added that Khaled's presence completely transformed her life, stating: "His presence brought me calm and filled my life with happiness, and he became the real reason for my joy in life."
