Khaberni - Moataz Al-Masha'aleh, a player of the national boxing team, achieved the bronze medal today, Tuesday, in the Asian Youth Games currently held in the Bahraini capital, Manama.
Al-Masha'aleh successfully won two consecutive knockouts against Saudi Mohammad Suleiman and Lebanese Ramzi Hala, within the competitions of the 54 kg weight class.
Today, Moataz Al-Masha'aleh competed in his semi-final match, which he lost against the Iranian player Shamiba Matin, thus securing the bronze medal.
With Moataz Al-Masha'aleh's bronze medal, Jordan's tally at the Asian Youth Games has risen to 11 medals, including two gold medals, one silver medal, and eight bronze medals.
